All sales are final due to the unique nature of our discounted inventory — including overstock, past-season styles, sample sale items, de-labeled products, and gently pre-owned pieces.
We stand behind the quality of every item we offer. If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@designerkidsoutlet.com within 2 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can review and offer a resolution, such as a refund or store credit when applicable.
Every item is carefully inspected before it ships. If we spot a flaw that wasn’t previously disclosed, we’ll contact you right away to offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative option before your order is sent.
If we happen to miss something, please reach out to us at info@designerkidsoutlet.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos so we can review and make it right with a refund or store credit if eligible.
