Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our curated and discounted inventory—including past-season collections, overstock, sample sale items, and pre-loved pieces—all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or was misrepresented.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@designerkidsoutlet.com within 2 business days of receiving your package. Include clear photographs and your order number. We’ll review and, if eligible, issue store credit or a refund.

Pre-Purchase Inspection:
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. If we spot any flaws, we’ll contact you in advance with the option for a refund or store credit. If we missed a flaw, let us know within 2 days of receiving your order to qualify for review.
